• Mornings from 8:00 AM - 10:30 AM (mostly due to popular classes)
• Afternoons from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM (after work)

SIGNING UP FOR CLASSES

• All classes are first come, first served except for Killer B, which requires booking through MindBody
