Conditioning helps build muscle strength through movement and resistance training. Throughout the club, you can find the right equipment for your workout sessions – kettlebells, resistance bands, Plyo boxes, battle ropes, power sled, jump ropes, and much more. We also offer a range of conditioning classes to keep you fit and focused on your target fitness goals. Conditioning Group Exercise Classes

Barre Fusion – a blend of barre movement and pilates focusing on lengthening and core strength

Fierce 45 – an intense workout that’ll get you in, out and feeling fierce in 45 minutes

Foundations – a series of exercises to help alleviate chronic back pain, improve posture, and enhance athletic ability

Lunchtime Lift – this 45-minute intense class combines weight training, bursts of cardio and core work to leave you ready to take on the rest of the day

Tai Chi – experience this ancient movement practice for healthy and well-being

Total Body Conditioning – combines circuits of endurance and strength to kick-start your metabolism

Weighted Workout – utilizes bars, weights, steps and Bosu balls for an overall strength workout
