At Santa Barbara Athletic Club, you’ll find everything you need for a cardio workout. Our cardio room is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines like treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, stair-masters and even a self-powered treadmill. We also offer a wide variety of high-intensity cardio group exercise classes to get your heart-rate and energy up!

Cardio Group Exercise Classes

Barrefit – combines non-impact cardio and toning with the use of the ballet bar and light weights; guaranteed to get your heart-rate up

Bellyfit – full body workout combining the art of belly dance and core training

Boxing / Boxing Bootcamp – bring your own gloves and join in on this intense cardio workout using bags and bootcamp drills

Cardio Circuit – combination of cardio drills and weight training

Cardio Sculpt – a blend of cardio and weight training intervals for an overall full body workout

Hip Hop – fun and funky, high-intensity, low-impact dance moves

Kickboxing – a cardio based class using the moves of a boxer/kickboxer choreographed to music

LaCore Dance – get in shape and build your core while learning Latin dance

Nia – blends martial arts, dance and healing for an empowering cardio workout

Step – build cardiovascular endurance utilizing the step
