Billing:
How can I see my bill?
Beginning November 3, 2014, an electronic statement will be emailed to you each month. Statements will include any previous unpaid balance, the previous month’s charges, and the current month’s dues. If you do not receive the emailed statements please contact one of our membership representatives at the Club and they can update your email on file.  We also recommend you check your Spam folder.  Members can view their monthly charges, payment history or change payment options through the member portal.

When is my payment due?
Payment is due by the 20th of the month to avoid the $10.00 late fee.

What are my payment options?
You can pay your bill by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
We also offer EFT, which is an automatic payment of your bill on a monthly basis. You can use check or credit card. Members can view their monthly charges, payment history or change payment options through the member portal.

Membership:
How do I cancel my membership?
Please call the Club to speak with a membership representative.

How do I freeze my membership?
Please call the Club to speak with a membership representative.

Is my membership transferable?
SBAC memberships are not transferable to any other individual. If you are interested in transferring your membership to another of our affiliated SWELL Clubs, please contact a membership representative.

What is your guest policy?
Members allowed unlimited free guest day passes per year.  Individual guests of the Club may use the facilities 6 times per year and a total of twice per month unless they have purchased a short-term membership as described above. Once a member guest has exceeded 6 complimentary passes per year they may purchase up to 6 paid guest passes.

Member guests must be with the Member to use the Club unless they already have a pass in their possession.  Members may arrange to have their guests names added to the guest list by calling ahead or speaking to a membership representative.  All guests must be 16 years of age or older.  All guests must read and sign our Guest Waiver in full.  If you have friends or family who are interested in joining the Club please contact the membership desk for the details of our generous referral program.

Do you Offer Dual Memberships between Clubs?
Yes, the base rate is paid to home club, and members receive 25% off dues at the 2nd Club.
Member must sign for dual access for minimum 6 month term.

Do you offer Short Term Memberships?
We offer 1 day, 3 day, 1 month and 3 month memberships.  Please speak with a membership representative to setup a short term membership.
