Yoga Group Exercise Classes

Gentle Yoga – an introduction to yoga, focuses on stretching and healing

Power Yoga – emphasizes strength and flexibility, synchronized with breathing

Therapeudic Yoga – a deeply relaxing class promoting well-being and healing

Yoga Flow – sequences of flowing yoga poses focusing on the connection between movement and breath

Yoga Level I – beginning level yoga that’ll guide you through the basics

Yoga Level II – for the intermediate yoga student who is ready to take their practice to the next level

Yoga Multilevel – whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced yogi, this multilevel class is designed to flow through poses while allowing you to work at your own level

Yoga Sculpt – adds a little heat to the workout as well as props and light weights

Yogilates – a combination of the holistic benefits of yoga with the core values of Pilates, resulting in a stronger, more functional and flexible body
