You can find spin bikes in our cardio room or if you prefer to join a class, we offer challenging spin classes in our rooftop Spin Studio where our phenomenal instructors will guide you through an intense training session.

Endurance Spin – take on a longer spin class with this 60 minute workout that focuses on cardio endurance
Spin – 45-60 minute cardio workout on the spin bike
Spin Core – 45 minutes of spinning followed by 15-30 minutes of core work
Spin Yoga – 45 minutes of spinning followed by 30 minutes of yoga
