Swell Group Training

Have fun while you increase strength, gain muscle mass, lose fat, and push your body to the limit in a challenging multi-level small group class setting with Swell Group Training (SGT). Our highly knowledgeable certified personal trainers have carefully selected the best equipment to create an adult playground where you will lift, drag, push, throw, and flip to burn calories and gain strength. Drop into any of the multi-level classes to to experience a new, unique and challenging workout – the first class is free!

Cancer Well-Fit

Cancer Well-Fit was introduced in 1994 by Julie Main, a highly respected, accomplished, and inspirational woman who left behind a lasting legacy when she passed away in 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Designed for people who have become deconditioned or chronically fatigued from cancer and its treatment, Cancer Well-Fit not only focuses on fitness, but also acts a support network. Over the years, more than 2,000 survivors have completed this supervised exercise program.

Personal Training
