Group Reformer

Our Group Reformer classes offer all of mat Pilates’ core-building benefits and much more, but in a personalized and safer workout. With the pulley and spring system, you will achieve better posture and coordination than you would with a classic fitness core routine. In these workouts, you will target your whole body, working from the feet up. The movements strengthen, lengthen, and firm your lower body and torso; and your back and other stabilizing muscles, which are often left out of traditional fitness core workouts, will also be also exercised. The adjustable resistance assures faster results as you become stronger and more proficient. You will progress from reclined exercises to ones that put less of your body surface on the carriage, relying more on your own strength and coordination to execute the moves.

Some previous experience or an Introductory Package is recommended.

Pilates Sessions

Private Sessions

Each Private Session is personalized and based on your individual needs and abilities to help you achieve your goals. From elite athletes to sedentary clients to those in post-injury rehab, the modifications and variations for each exercise make Pilates a safe and effective workout for everyone. You will use all of the specialized equipment including the Reformer, Cadillac, stability chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector, arc barrel and a variety of other small apparatus for a fun, varied, and challenging work out every time. Private Sessions are approximately 55 minutes in length and typically require an appointment.

Semi-Private Sessions

Our Semi-Private Sessions are perfect for couples or friends that want a more personalized program than a Group Reformer Class environment could offer. Each session includes the use of all Pilates studio equipment and have specific goals tailored to your needs. Sessions are available for 2 – 4 individuals and are scheduled at your convenience. Create your own group or we may be able to connect you with other interested clients.
